Before We Had Words
Understanding the role our parents played in our nervous system
Long before we had language, our nervous systems were learning what safety felt like from the people who raised us. Those early patterns are still shaping how you respond now, in ways most of us never examine.
This workshop is a gentle look at where those patterns came from, what they are still doing, and what it takes to begin working with them rather than against them. No prior experience needed, and nothing you have to share out loud.
